Is there any available scanner or programs that has forced screenshots available to COD like Counter Intellegence has for MOHAA? If so please share with the name of the software.

No, there's no way to force screenshots (that I know of). Wait until PB comes out.

FRAPS, btw, is a program to record video from the game.

Well ServerWatch can, but it requires the player to have the Anticheat Client installed. Guess we wait for Punkbuster for this feature!
