There are just too many mods that have what you're looking for to list. Have a look at the DL section, or even through these forums. PRM (Poolmaster's Realism) is one, another is CKR. Because of how easy it is to mod this game, a great deal of servers have their own unique blend of realism, some of which don't share, but most do. Just take a peek around is all I'm saying.
