invalid .pak3 files ?

I was kicked off from a couple of servers the other day for invalid pak3 files and i was wondering why. Once i deleted the extra maps that i had i was aloud into those servers. So i guess my real question is this are people using pak3 files to help them cheat and if so how do i set it up so that on my server i can kick people that have invalid pak3 files

Within your server config you can set pure server to 1 whihc is on. But be warned any pk3's not on your server but are in the clients main folder they will be kicked regardless of whether they are cheating or not.
