:( Here is TWL bending their rules again to fit what their buddies need see attached, I hope it is not to large and then gets remove.

We never asked to get out of the dispute, we only asked that TWL follow it's own written rules. We have never been informed of the accusations against our team. THe Imperial Order clan has not followed the proper rules set down in the Rules section of this website in filing a complaint nor in reporting it in the proper manor. The TWL rules, that are published in the rules section of this website, still have not been followed and we are just asking Why?

It applies because it was supposed to already have been changed. The fact is you aren't getting out of the dispute.

When this match occured that rule was in effect and still has not been changed so it should still apply. The fact that it is planned to be changed should not apply to this dispute.

Have a question here for the TWL admins who are reviewing this, before you make your decision. Under the rules 'Format to Follow" Rule number 5 states #5 Notify your opponent in match coms as soon as you dispute so they can get their demos ready for review. You must list the specific charges of specific instances and players in coms. To date this rule has not been followed. At no time has anyone told us what the dispute is about or what player or players it envolves. I am curiouse to no why no one from TWL has has brought why the accusing clan has not followed these rules.

Our captains can access the dispute link, and if you were one of the captains you should have been able to. It does not require a founder/owner. It does not really matter now, it is in the hands of the Admin, our demos have been submitted and they can decide. We still do not even have the specifics of the dispute. Schultz

Just because it worked for you, doesnt mean it did for us too. I tried it when I was a team captain and it didnt not work, and I was not able to contact our team owner to do it because he was out. I took over team owner and the link worked after a while. I did the only means that I could for filing a dispute.

To TWL Admin, I have uploaded the 4 demos from the match of 3/13 Rocket and Dawnville. Why were we not given any notice? There has been no offical communication from any admin. until today and then I find I have such a short time, if you check your watch you'll see the west coast has a three hour difference, to upload the files. Well they are there, please review them. I would also like to say that the disputing team is in rules violation for not reporting the loss or filing a dispute in a timely manor. It is plainly written in TWL rules. Their posting here was not correct, I checked the dispute link and it was operational. If they had access to make the posting then they had access to post a dispute in the correct manor and on time.

Excuse me but this is the first time you have even requested the demos and you give us , less then 24hrs to produce them. We havent even been notified that thers is a dispute. We will upload our demos as soon as the clan founder gets home from work which will be about 10 pm est. We are a west coast clan that will be around 7 for us.

No, the proper means have been taken. Our team captains were unable to file it because we recieved an error when we clicked the link. I sent an email to ladder admins about out situation and wanted to file it through email. And our team owner was out and he was unable to do so. I have recently taken on ownership and I have filed a dispute. We apologize for the time delay.

Since the proper procedure has not been followed by your clan in regards to filing either a dispute or a loss with in 1 hour after the match we have asked the admin to deal with this so we can continue on playing
