Looking for software

I am looking for software to set up a online gaming league. The software i am looking for is the type of interface that leagues like TWL and CAL use. Anyone have any idea if they use any particular type of software for the automatic selection stuff.

I believe those sites are hand coded and claim intelectual property rights.

PHP would be a good back-end to handle a league of that size but it could be made with many other languages as well.

I doubt that it would be cheap though.

Try asking someone at TWL what they used, maybe they will tell you. I am almost certain it is not a program that comes with a GPL.
