[Help] Welcome Message to Players who join !!??!!

Heyaaa all,

i search for the mod/script....

I saw on some servers that they have : A welcome message to all "new joiner" on the server...

Someone know how to do that ???

and by the way i saw also a script with a welcome message for clan member =)

Check the Downloads section, they use programs for that stuff (i.e. ServerWatch)
