Are there any Admin tools for a nob?

Hello. Im wondering if someone could direct me to some admin tools that work with Cyberseals server. Im very new and also posted in the general part of the forum. I have some of the admin tools but I seem to be missing somthing that is doesnt change the maps or the weapons and mods.

How does one who is new do such a thing?
