Is this a server hosting by a game server company or is it one you're creating yourself?

Hey another problem haha. Ok we tried to ahve a scrim today ands set PAM to ogl the problem is its kikcing people saying unpure client detected etc etc as if the pure server is on which in our config file sv_pure is set to 0 yes its still kicking people when we enable ogl settings any help would be greatly appreciated.

That's because PAM league modes require sv_pure to be enabled. Actually, EVERY league out there has sv_pure set to 1. When PAM is run in a league mode, it sets all server cvars and locks them, resetting them every round to ensure no one tampers with them - part of why PAM is so popular. If you wish to play a scrim or match with sv_pure off, you will need to either not use PAM, or run PAM in pub mode and just execute a config to set your server up with whatever settings you want.

NOTE: Running PAM in pub mode will take away the ready up feature, but you can still get the benefit of it switching players to opposing teams after a certain number of rounds - you would either use the servers scorelimit or roundlimit and the PAM cvar g_teamswitch (setting it to either "score" or "round").
