All talk option?

Does anyone know if there is an option to turn on all talk in the server config for CoD4? I would like the teams to be able to talk to each other using voice chat in my server, and it's not modded. Thanks in advance. Skorp:salute:

Thank you! Am I to assume that set voice_deadChat 1 would let you voice chat with others when you are dead and haven't respawned?

heres the full settings, if your on TS - dunno bout vent - anyone else on TS and on that server when one of you talks in game - it will RINGGGGG your ears !
