Linux Server Help!!!!

Okay here is my problem i've seen some of the programs for allowing users to have restricted rcon access. But they are windows based or they force the user to leave the game to use the features so how do i allow users to stay in the game to kick, ban, map change, etc with out giving them full acces using linux

U can use Serverwatch to set different user level access. Setup 1 server, and they can use the client to connect and control the server. U can set different access to different use names. A bit work to learn it and use it, but a great tool.

Thank you, but server watch does it have a linux server? I've looked i've seen things about it but no release yet for it or maybe i'm missing something
