I am running a Linux server and must admit, I’m such a noob when it comes to server admin, never mind the fact we’re on a Linux server.

However, I run XP at home and was hoping to use one of the Admin programs that would allow access to server admin issues remotely, if that’s even possible with CoD running through a Linux server.

I hope this question isn’t to broad, it’s just that there’s quite a few programs out there these days, and I’m not sure which is most user friendly for a new guy on the block. Any other tips or links to good tips are always welcome.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions. :nuke:

I use Rcon4CoD for remote management. It has all the basic features to run a server with simple menu's that are easy to understand.

For ingame management I use HLCRCON 4.1 for stock server setups. It also has simple menu's that make it easy.

Both of these can be downloaded here.

HLSW also does a nice job of admin.
