Real simple server question

right, been offered a server by a mate, but he wants to know numbers for the CPU and Bandwith usage??

looked everywhere but cant find any info :(

any ideas maybe for.......

Pure CoD public server? or
16 private server?
32 private server?

we run a 32 player server on a P4 3.0 GHz processor with Hyperthreading and it uses 20-25 percent CPU usuage when full.
