Getting an error when I shut down the game.

I need some help all. I don't know what this is but I'm hoping some one here will.

I get this error almost every time I shut the game down and it causes me to not be able to completely shut the game down. It first tells me that its going to send an error report and says send or don't send and so I looked at what was on the error report and this is what it had.

When I tell it to not send and clear that it then completely crashes to this window.

If I click on the ok button here it should be able to be shut down by at least clicking the X in the window but it will not shut down. The only thing I'm able to do is minimize it to the task bar and the only way to make it stop is to reboot the computer.

This the the engine running behind the other window and the info in it.

If I need to update a .dll file or something let me know. Its a real pain in the butt to have to keep rebooting the computer every time I play.

have you tried uninstalling your video drivers and all software related (anything that will oc your vid card, etc) and reinstall. maybe reinstall directx as well

No I haven't, but I will now that you mention it. It sounds like a good place to start.
