noob needs sever help to set up map rotation and other stuff

having sever probs cant figure out how to attach programs to the game to get all the great server options like weapons limit and kick on command.

Try HLCRCON 4.1 it handles most of those options from a menu in game.
also try rcon4cod for remote management. both seem to work well.
