Squads - able to chat?

Does anyone know if a squad can use ingame voice only amongst themselves?

I do not believe so, at this time. the squad function in cod5 has very limited. bout the only thing you can do is see where you squad is. would be nice to have something similar to bf2142 where you can talk only to your squad and/or place some sort of squad beacon..

maybe in a future patch.

I think sqaud chat would be a very good addition. I have noticed that the servers I have been playing on that noone is creating sqauds. If I create a squad only friends will join. I hope they add sqaud chat then we will start to see more sqauds and more intense battles.
