Lost rank

So a clan mate and I were server hopping tonight and the server we were in was having issues, and we both left.

I shut down my game and went to cook, and when I got back in vent he was livid he had lost all rank. So when I opened m game I too had lost mine.

I had not backed up the mp data file as I thought it was kept all server side. This really stinks as I was in lvl 57 of prestige. :hand:

I assume there is no way to get it back now?

I'm only lvl 41 (as it takes forever to rank up using bolts), but I backup after ever session.
