Anyone know how to turn down the damage that dogs do?

This is what I have for settings. I run a hardcore server, but I want to make it so one dog bite doesn't kill. That's stupid. Is there a setting I can add to what I have below?

I think we'll need a mod for that. I have not seen a setting that will allow you to alter their "bite strength".
