Client settings

Has anyone got, or come across a list of client settings that include things like glow and that horrible bluring when you iron site, plus there must be some others that would help to increase fps (although you cannt yet see what ur fps is :( )

Well, I think you can change most graphic settings via the option tab ingame. I would find you some commands, but I haven't got access to the game currently.

Also, if your fps seems limited, typing:

/com_maxfps [max frame rate]

This will raise your limit to whatever you want, as long as your computer supports it.

Don't forget:


cg_fov 80 //default is 65 for some reason

cg_fov 65 seems to be locked at 65. I tried changing my config file to 80 but if you look at the command line in-game it still shows 65. Even making the config file read only after making my changes doesn't stop the game setting it at 65. Anyone else have any thoughts?

No everyone I have talked to that has changed the FOV says that it defaults back each and everytime the game starts. So the only suggestion for now is to keep a command line cheat sheet and run it each time you start the game. I know a PITA..
