Rank Resetting?

Anyone know why player ranks keep resetting?

This is the third time for me now. I was 24th level, left the game and came back in and now I'm level 1 again.....I was at the desktop for 10 minutes and launched game again and level 1.

could have something to do with the master servers crapping out at this time

i just tried my game and was told that my online data was not online

erp ! back online, and rank is there, saved

Thanks for the reply man. Actually I was running AFT Cleaner and it cleaned out my whole profile. So I wouldn't recommend using it at this time.
