Server files sharing

Ok i want to start a small community of people here that are willing to let others download the server files from their box.

I have multiple boxes where i could let people use to download the server files. The only problem i have is my upload speed to the box from my home connection is about 120Kbps. Its gonna take forever to upload 8 gigs of data.

If someone here has a dedicated box at their house with good upload speed. Let me download from you the first set and i will give out links here to help everyone download off of my 100Mbps connection.

If your talking about sharing the Full version when it comes out on 11/11/08 that would be illegal as it requires a full install to host a server.

Im not talking about BETA..

Also how is this illegal? You cant run the game from a zipped installation folder can you? I think it has to be installed via a ripped version of the DvD, but i could be wrong.

Im simply talking about sharing the full installation for dedicated servers only NOT for file sharing purposes... I dont see how this is illegal when its how activision made the game to have to use the installation folder to run a dedicated server.

If in fact it is illegal then i guess everyone including myself will once again be uploading 8 gigs worth of files with a slow home upload. :undecided

It is and you will be. Now me... I just drive to the DC and pop the dvd into the server.
