Did some testing because I wasn't sure if the settings were based on %'s or not, but if you lower player health, you also need to make sure you lower the ammount for the Flak Jacket.
set perk_flakJacket "25"
set perk_flakJacketMaxDamage "25"
I used those settings with max player health at 30. Without lowering it, no one can survive a blast from a grenade, and thus makes the perk useless.
Also, I still plan on testing, but does anyone know exactly how the others work?
set perk_armorVest "75" (Does this add 75 health? Or is armor calculated differently?)
set perk_bulletDamage "40" (Does this add 40 more damage per bullet?)
set perk_explosiveDamage "25" (I'm guessing this just adds 25 extra damage to a grenade blast)
set perk_fireproof "55" (Asssuming this works much like the Flak Jacket)
I'm guessing mostly the same. I lowered Fireproof to 25 also, and explosive damage to 10.
For now I lowered Juggernaut and Stopping Power to 30% of maximum (22 and 12 respectively) as player health is reduced to 30%. So I would think, comparatively, the perks would give the same benifit as if you were at 100% health, but I really need to do some testing to find out for sure.
Just wanted to remind some people running lowered health settings to not forget to lower the perks also, so that they aren't overpowered in your server.
