Dedicated server authentication failure

Dedicated server authentication failure.

This is the error message I get when trying to launch a dedicated server on Windows Server 2003 machine.
I've searched here and not located the same problem.

My lauch shortcut is
"E:\COD5\CoDWaWbeta.exe" +set dedicated 2 +set sv_punkbuster 0 +exec waw.cfg +map_rotate

There are actually 2 error messages when I launch the server, firstly it says no languages available because no localized assets were found.

Then below that says dedicated server authentication failure.

I have tried punkbuster 0 and 1 which makes no differecne. I have dumped the waw.cfg file in the main directory....

Any help appreciated.

Also, I'm trying to launch this on a LAN server...

Ooops sorry to reply to my own thread but I spotted something wrong with that and couldn't edit the title to reflect the true error.

I changed the launcher to set dedicated 1 (for LAN) and now the server launches but constantly scrolls this error message
"could not find menu 'popup_connect_to_dw_create_offline_profile'

I can see the server but can't join due to a bad name/address error thingy.

I'm googling offline profile thingys now....
