How to set up a server.cfg for codwaw demo

I haven't tried it yet cuz my server rental hasn't made codwaw demo available to run as a server yet. Just wondering how many of the cvars that are used in the cod4 server.cfg would work for world at war demo?
An example would be the following:
set perk_allow_specialty_pistoldeath 0
set perk_allow_specialty_grenadepulldeath 0

[Kyobanim]

I doubt you'll be able to turn perks on and off without modding it.
