Has anyone else noticed sometimes the autobalance feature wont work?

I have entered the command in the config and even went back in the rcon and manually entered it after launch neither worked.

scr_teambalance "1" config
scr_teambalance 1 rcon

Maybe im entering the wrong command.

go to server cfg. set scr_teambalance "1" teambalance work :D

No the teambalance in cod WaW beta does not seem to work ;)

Come take a look at my server that teambalance works, it's tested!

Yea t worked on ours for a while. Now all of a sudden it wont work....

Havent changes anything in the config it just stopped working on all of our servers. Even if you go in game and re-enter it into the rcon still doesnt work.

Team balance is working for us.
Have had some players that i've seen being switched en then going back to the team they were in, but have actually seen them in the other team for a short while.
Only thing i can think of is that they go back to the other team themself.

Also have been switched myself a few times.

So for some it works and for some it doesn't. thats pretty weird.

can you post your player section ( section with auto balance crv) of the cfg so we can see if there is something you guys are doing right..

I used the cfg's of the rgn cod ww wiki.
Only thing changed to get autobalance on is setting a 0 to a 1

Now it's really weird,It start working only on some gametypes.
It's working on koth and war and not in all others. :confused:

It's the same code from cod4, and if you recall, they did not fix that in any patch..

Mine was working, quit and now working again.

What I changed;

I was running TDM with two 10 minute periods. I converted to just one longer period of 15 and auto balancer started working again.

These were also the setting I was at when it was working the 1st time. I conclude it doesn't like two (or more) periods.

Like some one said earlier same code as COD 4 and really needs to be fixed.
Its a joke how thing like this can be left and not fixed in a patch.
Its a below par stantard team balance code in the game you it needs to be brought to the attention to the game developers more.

Rudedog if your reading and have chance to chat to some of the bigwigs of the company then remember to mention this issue

lol - try search sometime! This has been discussed in many threads.

Here's the deal, if you use rounds, autobalance doesn't work. Same as CoD4.
