Best server admin prog?

I know (or at least last I checked) none of the CoD4 programs have been updated for WaW, but when they are what is the best program for having multiple admins (ie separate accounts)?

I use HLSW usually just because it's simple enough.

CoD4cc.com works well with CoD4 and may work well with CoD5. It's useful for restricting and keeping track of multiple admins.

rconmax works for cod5. server message's and kicking works.
