COD server and website

Does anyone know how I can get a COD server to show up on a website? I would like it to list the current map, players, scores and the like.

I am also looking for a way to list a link on the site that will join them to the server. Do I need an app for this? I know UT was able to have a web adddy do it with some thing like this, unreal://serverip and it would launch the game and join you to the server.

In case it's needed.......

Website is phpNuke on a lynix box and game server is win 2003 server.
