other solutions for auto kicking TKers?

My server is plauged with early AM no english speaking TKers. Serious TKers that go like -200...

The autokick program doesnt work properly for me..I get pharse errors.

Are there any mods, programs, or anything at all to perform an auto kick for me?

sure you can use an admin mod called : CoDaM

or
