Need to know EXACTLY how to ban people

I have banned one person for using an aimbot already. The /rcon banuser command worked fine. Today I tried it, and I couldn't get the server to ban or kick this guy. His name was Capt. Rob, but for some reason the server wouldn't accept Capt. Rob when I tried to ban or kick him. Please let me know what to do in this case. Should I use banclient?

yep use /rcon banClient [id] ...imo its the best way to do it and the easiest...y bother yourself typing his name..

just incase to get his id do a /rcon status

Right, or you can use an admin tool like ServerWatch, Rcon4Cod or if you prefer an in-game tool try HLC. All these are provided on this site and assistance for all of them can be found here as well.
