Recording A Demo Using JPGAvi

I've been trying to record a demo using this program, i've recorded a demo in the game with COD, then i play it back through COD and in console i type "/cl_avidemo 30" so it takes 30 screenshots a second, i then convert the images to JPG's, once i've got my jpg's I use JPGAvi to try and convert the images into an AVI file, it says Select Codec i then choose Full Frames (Uncompressed), that doesnt work then i try Microsoft Video 1, or the other codec Cinepak Codec By Radius, I've tried these all and cant open them with Windows Media Player, and i get an error, which doesnt let me play it with Media Player, can anyone help me here please,
