I was looking into running Crysis, Halo, and some other windows based servers. However i just can't get myself to install Win 2003. I just really dislike windows quite a bit. I was wondering if anyone knew of a good emulation software that would allow me to run Windows servers on a Linux box.
Also I would not be interested in Virtualization software.
Thanks in advanced if anyone has any suggestions.

Google is your friend.
You're probably better off installing Windows, however, because there will be overhead to running emulation/virtualization.

google is not my friend in this case, several mixed reviews about virtualization and emulation on linux machines for running windows, was hoping to find people who have actually done it

I've ran many Windows games flawlessly on Linux using both Wine and Cedega. Server side? Never tried.
