No UAV, Air strikes at 3 kills and helo at 5

I was wondering what statements in the server config file are used to allow uav's at 3 kills, airstrikes at 5, and helos at 7. Thanks.

Unless you are running a mod (http://hosted.filefront.com/Number07), those values are not configurable.
