Unkown features on ranked server

Hi all,

Anyone care to tell me how to get the cool features like knife only on the last minute, disabled perks, cool wellcome messages and killstreak announce that can be seen in this server 213.148.239.211:28960 ?

I asked in the server chat, but there never is any admin online.

This sounds like a ranking mod like extreme+

Apparantly the server has no normal mod. What i mean by normal is a mod that shows on server options "_mod = 1" and you need to download something to be able to play.
The game runs, and you connect to the server just like a clean stock server. I'm amazed with this. very intriguing.

seems like its really a ranked server, but hlsw shows there is no PB on...

i need to know how this works... :-) really

The ranks will only be persistant on that server or any other server running the same fs_game folder ie: mod=1
Or it could be the Extreme+ mod renamed.

When you leave and join any other server,your rank will revert to what it was previously.

did u join that server?
dont think so.. u have ur rank u have on stock servers, u have ur custom classes AND in hlsw u can see there is no mod running... there is no mod background when u leave the server to the mainmenu and so on...

but im confused there is no pb enabled. is it possible to get a ranked server running w/o pb?
