HLC rcon v4.1 for PRM 3.5 is being tested

Hey just letting everyone know that we're testing the HLC RCon v4.1 custom (for PRM 3.5) right now. After a few days, if there are no bugs, I will release it.

If you need a extra rester I run 2 servers. TDM and S&D both unning PRM realism w/shellshock on a linux box. PM me if you need another tester.

EDIT: Just so u know I had to stop useing PRM for some strange reason it ask cliants to download something only when prm is in my main folder.
