re down loading problem

I have a good server that runs 80% custom and 20% stock maps with Modwarfare
However I added the map ammo dawnville today and it caused the map which comes after it on the rotation to be re downloaded over and over again in a loop.
It doesn't matter what map that is after it the same problem occurs or redownloading
Once I took the ammo dawnville off it worked like a charm.
My server rotation is only 14 maps so know its not max characters
However I have had this problem before several times and I dont know why some maps do this to servers and the only way fix it is to delete the map.
Has anyone else have this problem and is there a fix?

This is usually caused by putting the map.iwd in the mod folder,when it should be in the usermaps/mapname folder
If thats not the problem,then it could be that mapname.iwd is "dirty" and needs cleaning.
I've had a look at the ammo dawnville map,and it does need "cleaning"
To do this open the .iwd with winrar,delete all files except the images folder,re-upload to usermaps on the server and the redirect.
