Banning by GUID

I have come across a few people I could not ban, it was as if they were able to block me from banning them. Has anyone come across this????? Whats going on :x I hope you can't hack COD to prenvent from being banned

There is an issue with people displaying a 0 for their GUID. From the linux news letter, this has/will be addressed in the next patch.
