Can this be activated for HQ? Koth

One of our members asked if this can be done with the COD4 server?

Rainbow 6 vegas, when u spawn, your given 5 sec invincibility, so an enemy can camp all he wants, u have the option to shoot him he he stands there and waits for you, but u wont take any damage whyen shot.,

I was wondering if any of the settings for Koth can be set to this to avoid spawn campers?
