Error Message in COD4

K, I keep getting the message as of late

The instruction at "0x7e4a0010" referenced memory at "0x7e4a0010". The memory could not be "written". Click on OK to terminate the program.

I attempt to connect to a server and it says it's attempting to connect and make sure my cd key is ok, etc then it fails. Any ideas?

That message has the exe for cod4 and I've seen another message for windows upon restart. Says "75b6bf9c" error. I checked the windows message at microsoft but no one seems to know what it is.

Anyone have any idea what these are?
