Unranked server cfg

I am new to cod scene and would appreciate if someone could post a fully unranked server cfg. I am not sure what to turn off yet lol. Thanks

You can turn of / on anything you like to get a unranked server!

True, and not true.
Most dvars don't work for unranked unless you change the fs_game path to a mods folder, such as mods/ModWarfare, which comes with CoD4.
