Lost connection with 1.2 patch

Hi all

Just installed our dedicated server and applied the 1.2 patch and updated punkbuster.
Start the server and off it goes running quite happily.

However when I try to connect to it it tells me that i'm joining the game, it's loading the map
and then connection lost and boots me back to the menu.

The server console says i joined the game and left the game.

I tried joining some other servers from the server list and got in to those fine.
Any ideas on what the problem is and how to solve it?
