dead server

hi all i have a slight problem up until patch 1.3 we had a full server then upgraded and the server has been dead so i downgraded it Back to patch 1.2 and low and behold people came swarming so left it like that over the weekend and stayed as full as it had been so i upradded again to patch 1.3 and bang. Dead again we had slight problem with master server but managed to get us back on the list but still the server was dead so last night i decided to shut the server down and then restarted it this morning and i've been checking server spy todayand nothing if anyone has any help please we need it? well according to http://stats.callofduty.com/?search_name=1steuid i'm bein seen by servers but

Not sure anybody here can help you figure out why people arent joining your server lol...

yeah sure just thought i'd put it out there as it seems to fill if i downgrade to 1.2 patch.

I imagine that some server admins stayed with 1.2 because they can turn the anti-lag off, not an option in 1.3+

wouldn't 1.2 allow anyone of any version to join up to a point.... as sv_pure didn't work till 1.3 did it?
