Need help w/ MAPS & MODS ON DED. SERVER

Hey im running 1.2 COD Server w/ like 3 mods and a few custom maps I dl'd

How do i get the people on my server to use these mods or download them automaticly?? I have auto d.l set to on and in the server logs it looks like they d/l the mods but there not in there directory "MAIN" in cod is that normal?

Also how do i get these maps to work? I added the map to my rotation. example
the zzmount.pk3 which has map mp_mount in it. I have the pk3 in my main dir and add'd my map to the rotation but when the time comes to load it says map\mp\mp_mount.bps not found or cannot load on of the two..

What am i doing wrong? And why cant i see to find a GUIDE on how to setup a server w/ a good config file, and a how to on adding mods and maps??

Dont use the zzzmp_mount as the name in the rotation!
The name of the map is mp_mout!
In the server-configfile write this..
gametype tdm map mp_mout :lol:
You can only play this map in the mode dm or tdm
A tip for you!!
Open the pk3 file in winzip and look for bsp.file
there you will find the name of the map!
Use that name...it's same for all maps!
Sometimes they have different names on the pk3file and the bspfiles
Allways use the bsp name in the rotation!! That will works!! :lol:
About the mods you talk about...Read the readmefile that's the best sulition!

Does the client need to enable autodownloads for this to work? I have it setup on the server but when I connect I get an error that it can't find the map, no download occurs???

Yea thats what i did. I found my problem not to be me. but the CLIENT not allowing downloads..

Also the mods i added. I dont see them being auto-downloaded? is there a reason? I have them in my main dir and the server shows them LOADING. But it never shows it being SENT to people..
Any ideas?
