Help w/Private Server Setup

I wanted to setup a private ranked server on my new computer and I can of course get a dedicated server up by going into the game, but I wanted to have it so I can just click a desktop short cut and have it start up with the options I want.

So what exactly do I need to do to get a dedicated server going? I would want all the maps, all the modes and all on hardcore. Would of course need to setup rcon as well.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Create a shortcut of the iw3mp.exe

edit the command line.

edit your server.cfg

Click and play :P

Ok I followed that guide and got it working, only thing is I dont know how to set it up as I said above... all modes, all maps, Hard Core and time limits.
