Maxrate

Hi,this is my first post as ive just registered on this site,although been reading threads here for a while,and a very informative site it is to.i have setup a cod 4 server +everthing seems configuired ridht,apart from workin out the maxrate for 10 players with a upload speed of 360 kbps,any help would be greatly appreciated.
