Best Settings for TDM Server

I have 3 servers i run, and for 1, i'd like to get everyone's opinion on what the best settings would be.. ie. realism or not, time limits, kill limit, etc. Thanks for your input..

well it depends on how many players you want. but to get started, 30 minutes is plenty per game, along with a 150 kill limit. I have friendly fire on, avators on, and team balance on. it really comes down to how you feel about it. everyone here will tell you something slighty different.
