Problem since installing 1.3 Patch

I have just installed the 1.3 patch and now our server does not show up on the master server list.
Anyone else have this problem?

How did you update the server Preacher ? Will the update work directly on the server, or do you need to manually move the new/updated files to your server ?

I'm asking because on our server the game is not installed the regular way, but the files are placed in a folder (like explained in other threads here).

I read over at IW.com that IW was telling people to shut down their server for 30 minutes if it did not show up on the server list. There's several replies from people saying that it seemed to help.

Sounds sort of funny to me...not sure if it'll help or not. I have one out of 4 not showing but we all went in the server and it seems that the additional pings to the master server from people connecting helped out.

well same prob here. I rent my server from warcore.co.uk.

I see my server in favorite list but not in internet list.

Can i still update the server manually? i did it on warcore admin panel earlier today like 5 hours ago lol

Turn your server off for 30 minutes then start it up again and it will appear

Same here . Our 2 unmodded always showed but the modded one did not until 1.3 ;)

had to stop our server for 1 hour, 30 minutes was to short

if your server shows in blue here : http://stats.callofduty.com/
click on the server adres, you will see the message that the server is not showing properly with a message that your server will have to be stopped for half an hour, stop it for 1 hour and then your server will show properly and will be shown in white again.

then everything is correct

Ironically after checking on that site the 1 server that is now running CoD4 correctly since patching(we have 4 all showing in master server list) is in blue & it says I should stop the server....very strange!!!:confused:

Same here. After installing 1.3 about 5 hours ago, my server dropped off the master server
list. I can add it manually in favorites though.

Worked for me as well. My server is now back on the list after stopping it for 30 minutes.

not workin for me... I had it shut down for 30 min, 1 hr then had to head to work so it was off for 8hrs and STILL not showing on the list. IW really needs to fix this, along with other admin pains (ex: Autobalance, Banning, spectate...).

30 min worked for me... wasn't showing ... stopped it ... 30 min later ... started it up .. showed up...
