How do I hide my server?

I see all sorts of people posting who can't get on the various lists and the responses on how to add the appropriate informaion to the config file. However, I don't want mine listed and I've removed those lines and I still get listed! Go figure.

sv_master0 (or whatever) will always default to codmaster.activision.com afaik. So if you run your server dedicated "0" (listen) or dedicated "2" (internet) it will continue to send heartbeats to codmaster.activision.com

If you want to avoid that try running the server dedicated "1" (lan).
