CoD4 Rcon Commander Pro (BETA) release

The makers of CoD2 Rcon Commander have released a BETA release of CoD4 Rcon Commander.

Has All the same options the origanal had. Some options have been removed being no longer functional in the new release of Call of Duty 4.

Configure weapon settings (enable / disable all weapons)

Configure game settings (configure all game types, motd, etc)

Can't get it to work.

I am getting a bunch of errors when trying to add my server.

I even downloaded/installed net 2.0 and another program they suggested on their site and still no go for me.

Maybe because I have a router connection ???

Yet I can stream my servers with the auto-mbl from punksbusted.com without any problems.

run updater in the application or redownload and try again. There has been a few bug fixes today and updates have been pushed up.

Thanks, I got it to work now.

But for some u/k reason it is kicking players off the server and their names are not close to the bad names listed in the program.

Anyone else having that issue?

Yeah goto tools and go to ping kicker and change the ping kicker to a higher number.

They have been a lot of reports of player being kicked.Seem it has something to do with Ping kick.
For now set it to 999.

New update has been applied and removed the ping kicker and messages. This will be like that until we work around the bugs in both.

This is one terrific utility, folks. I have it installed both on my home machine and my laptop at work, and can do virtually anything I need. I've asked (on the rconfiles.com site) for a couple of enhancements, but this utility is worthwhile as-is.

I've tried pretty much all the available RCON tools, and, frankly, none come close to COD4 RCON Commander Pro. I strongly recommend it to every server admin.

Just release a newer update for everyone. Now it is possible to tail log for chat. Requires ftp info setup to work.
