Does anyone know if a hack exists that lets the player know when they are being spectated?

Several times, I have been paying close attention to a player while in game, either on my team or the opposite, and watched them seriously clean up. Then I go to spectate and their game drops off dramatically. Leads me to believe they know I am watching them.

Probably watching for when any of your clan members jump into spec.

Enter the server in a different name and spec them. See if that makes a difference.

That questuon came up before a long time ago.
It is not possible to know if you are being spectated as far as everybody here knows.
