Graphics in MP vs SP

Hey all,
I have a clan mate that is having problems with his multiplayer. When he games online his graphics all have a blue tint to it and the colors are washed out. He has a top-o-line system P4 Quad with 8800GTX and is knowledgeable about computers. He has the graphics options set the same for both single and multiplayer.

His single player graphics looks normal (a.k.a awesome) but multiplayer is wack. When he takes a screenshot of his multiplayer session it looks normal. So he used his camera and took a picture of his monitor to show us what he is seeing. Must say it has me stumped.

Hardware? Driver (the all up to date)?

Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.

I wonder if his Nvidia software is trying to do some sort of color correction or is applying some sort of color settings automatically based on the game running. Maybe have him try and run the game with the Nvidia software disabled.
