Squery code for Cod4

Does anyone know where i can get the squery code for cod4 as the squery site is no more :(

This is how i have my servers showing atm and would like to add cod4 too if possible

Thanks but i don't think that version supports cod4 which is what im after and seen on some clan websites so someone somewhere as fixed it but who lol
does anyone here have the cod4 working with it ? please
